This document is the official public offer of [sole trader / seller name, registration number, registered address] (the Seller) to conclude a distance sales contract.
## 1. General
Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer under Ukrainian law (Art. 642 of the Civil Code; Law on Electronic Commerce).
## 2. Goods and price
Descriptions, photos and prices are published on the site. Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia. The Seller may change a price before an order is confirmed; once confirmed, the price is fixed.
## 3. Ordering
Orders are placed through the site's cart. A manager then contacts the Buyer to confirm the items, total and delivery method.
## 4. Payment
Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta) or bank transfer to the details sent by the manager. Online card payment is not currently available on the site.
## 5. Delivery
Nova Poshta across Ukraine (1–3 business days after dispatch). International delivery is quoted individually. See the Delivery page.
## 6. Returns and exchange
The Buyer may return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods, tags and seals are intact (Law on Consumer Rights Protection, Art. 9). See the Exchange & returns page.
## 7. Liability
The Seller is not liable for improper use of the goods. Neither party is liable in the event of force majeure.
## 8. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
